Photographing luxury real estate properties is not difficult. There are some similarities. Photographing Commercial Real Estate is not the same.

Luxury Real Estate is where agents often use still images for many weeks or months before selling a property. If it’s Commercial Real Estate Photography, these images can be offered to the company for many years. These images can also be displayed on a website, giving potential Commercial Real Estate buyers a digital view.

It is a big responsibility for the photographer, but it does not mean it should be difficult.

You’ll be able to identify the best way to present them in photos.

Before you buy commercial real estate, make sure that you properly rip it.

According to the Commercial Real Estate Photographers, you should make sure that you have scouted the space at minimum two days before you need it. You can ask someone to take photos of the space from different angles if you are unable due to location.

If you’re able go out and survey the area, you may be able take multiple shots from different angles. Your phone can often help you find the corners in an area.

Talk to a Commercial Real Estate Photography Photographer. The Commercial Real Estate Photographers recommend that you talk to the customer about the space and what they like.

Ask as many questions as you can. This will allow you to get a better understanding about the customer’s expectations.

Contrary to real estate, where the agent is not involved in the property’s affairs, Commercial Real Estate has the manager or operator. They can often understand the unique features, strengths, and weaknesses of their space because they are emotionally attached.

Commercial real estate photography is not possible.

If they listen well enough, you will be able to get the photos they want. You will be their complete satisfaction. It will also allow you to think up your own ideas that can be added to the mix.

It is sometimes quite remarkable to watch their reactions to shots, angles or views they didn’t notice.

Team As It’s Commercial Real Estate Photography Project

Encourage them to give suggestions and input during the shoot day. You will feel that they are an integral part of the project.

Mix it Up! A Commercial Real Estate Photography Challenge

You can combine telephoto focal lengths with wide-angle ones. Wide angle lenses (11-24mm), although they offer more space and are more pleasing to your eyes, can still be very disturbing.
