PowerEgg, the flying egg shaped Drone by Powervision, will officially launch and be coming to a store near you in Quarter 2 of 2016!
PowerEgg will come equipped with a revolutionary and compact ID design, seamless control, 360 panoramic 4K HD camera on a 3-axis gimbal, real-time long range video transmission, and a cutting edge optical flow indoor positioning system.
Notably, the PowerEgg features an innovative egg shape which, simultaneously to being aesthetically different than the majority of X-shape four-axis quadrocopter’s and drones currently on the market, will also make it easy to transport. The lightweight PowerEgg can be conveniently folded and carried in a backpack within seconds.

Additionally, Powervision used their extensive software expertise and knowledge to make the PowerEgg drone easier to fly. Currently, the ordinary consumer drone requires at least 10 hours of flight time for hobbyist to learn how to properly use it. By using their extensive knowledge in design and user experience, Powervision has been able to lower that time significantly.
With Q2 slowly approaching, only time will tell how the “PowerEgg” Drone will pan out in the market.
