Hanover hired us to shoot a bevy of their new luxury apartment communities in Texas and California. The projects included multi family locations in Houston, Texas and Los Angeles California. We shot 360 Virtual Tours for them and will be returning soon to add matterport 3D tours and architectural photography of the apartments as well. We are working on adding aerial 360 panoramas to our services and once that is complete, we will also be providing Hanover with that service and building them into the current 360 tours that we already have.

Hanover first found Invision Studio when they were searching for the best 360 virtual tour companies in Los Angeles for their South Park Upscale Apartment Living community. After completing a wonderful project for Hanover in Los Angeles, they chose us as their sole commercial 360 virtual tour provider to work on their three upcoming new build projects in Houston, Texas.
Hanover is well known for building beautiful, high quality luxury apartment communities and needed to find a way to show every detail of their work to potential clients, partners, vendors, and residents across the nation and around the world. In order to visually communicate the details, they needed to provide a virtual walkthrough of their multifamily residences and do so in the highest quality possible. Essentially, they needed the best 360 tour company in the United States, and they found it in Invision Studio. Although we were not local to Houston, they were so impressed with our work that, like many other clients, they were willing to fly us from Orange County, California to Houston, Texas because they saw the value of spending the few extra dollars to ensure that they were working with one of the best architectural photography companies in the united states.
Our lead photographer, Nico Marino, flew to Houston, Texas for one week to shoot their entire profile of new build luxury multi-family communities. We shot each property two full times, one during daytime and once during nighttime to achieve the best lighting and ambiance for each location. We then let the corporate decision makers at Hanover make the decision on which photography light settings they felt best represented each apartment community best in regards to their location and resident demographic. In the end, they were so impressed with our high quality virtual tours and professional real estate photography services that they asked us to come back to provide the communities with a virtual reality matterport 3D Tour showcase, apartment photography, and aerial photography as well as the aerial 360 photography to add to their Virtual Tours.
